Marion Heights - Anna "Ciocca" (Rogowsky) Pupo, 86, of 209 Warsaw St., passed away on August 4, 2022 at Glen Brooke Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Berwick.

She was born in Marion Heights on July 8,1936, the daughter of Daniel and Anastasia (Zozula) Rogowsky.

Anna attended school in Marion Heights and Kulpmont High School.

On July 7, 1968, she married Frank "Happy" Pupo in Saint Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, Marion Heights. Anna was a member of the Patronage of the Mother of God Church.

Anna is survived by a son, Frank Pupo and wife, Kelli; a daughter, Kathy DeLaRosa and husband, Frank; four grandchildren, Frank, Francesca, Venessa, and Amanda; two great-grandsons, Dominic and Gionni; a great-granddaughter, Angelica; a sister Mary Springer and husband, Eugene "Don"; as well as two sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Anna was preceded in death by four brothers, John Rogowsky, Michael Rogowsky, Stephen Rogowsky, and Daniel Rogowsky.

Divine Liturgy will be celebrated Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Bishop Andryi Rabiy officiating in the Patronage of Mother of God Ukrainian Catholic Church, 155 Melrose St., Marion Heights. Burial will follow in the Patronage of Mother of God Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Marion Heights. Viewing will be held in the Church from 1 p.m. until the time of the Divine Liturgy. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Patronage of the Mother of God Church, c/o Transfiguration Church, 303 N. Shamokin St., Shamokin, PA 17872. Arrangements are in care of C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 1053 Chestnut Street, Kulpmont.
