South Brunswick, NJ – Barbara K. (Mayoros) McDonald, 78, passed away suddenly on September 12, 2023, while visiting with family.

She was born in Danville on July 22, 1945, the daughter of the late Stephen and Sophie (Sejuit) Mayoros.

Barbara was a graduate of Kulpmont-Roosevelt High School. She lived in Kulpmont, PA before moving to New Jersey where she lived for the past fifty years.

On September 9, 1967, she married Hugh Alan McDonald, who preceded her in death in 2005.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Kelly Sanfedele and her husband, Michael; a grandson, Vincent Sanfedele; and a sister, Betty Neumeister; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 11 a.m. with Father Andrew Stahmer officiating in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Twp. Arrangements are in care of C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27. N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, C. J. Lucas IV, Supervisor. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the Mount Carmel VFW Post 2110, 19 W. 2nd St., Mount Carmel, PA, 17851.
