Mount Carmel - Christopher James Hollenbach, 36, of 143 South Vine Street, passed away on July 31, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, surrounded by his family.

Born on April 20, 1982, he was the son of Walter J. and Clara (Devine) Hollenbach. Christopher attended North Schuylkill High School.

In addition to his parents, Chistopher is survived by two brothers, Walter J. Hollenbach, Jr. of Frackville, and Jason David Hollenbach of Mount Carmel; four sisters, Heather L. Snyder of Locust Gap, April Lynn Hollenbach of Mount Carmel, Megan K. M. Bucher of Kulpmont, Cassandra Hollenbach of Mount Carmel; three nephews; nine nieces; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry "Sam" and Clara Devine; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Barbara Hollenbach; and an uncle, James Hollenbach. Christopher will be missed by his many friends and family.
