Virginia - Edmund Dudginski, 83, of  Glen Allen, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 24, 2018.  He was born May 26, 1935, a son of the late John and Mary (Schreiber) Dudginski of Strong, PA.

After graduating from Mount Carmel High School in 1952, he entered the Armed Forces.  In 1959, he graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in pharmacy.  On the day before his college graduation on June 6, 1959, he married the former Janice E. Smith of Mount Carmel, PA. He then began his career with Abbott Laboratories as a medical representative, a job which he enjoyed for 35 years until his retirement.  He and his wife resided in Pottsville, PA for 35 years.  Upon his retirement, he and his wife moved to Glen Allen, VA.

In addition to his wife, Janice, he is survived by one daughter, Dr. Gwen Miller and her husband Martin of Virginia; one son, Edmund Dudginski and his wife Andrea of Duncannon, PA; three granddaughters, Amanda J. Kozak and her husband Edward of Virginia; Laura Miller of Virginia; and Caitlin Dudginski of Duncannon; and one grandson, Devin Dudginski of Duncannon, PA. He is also survived by two great grandsons, Cameron and Carson Kozak of Virginia.  In addition, he is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins and sisters-in-law, Marcy Vincenzes, Gwen Kauffman and Dolores Snyder.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Dudginski and a brother, John Dudginski.

Edmund Dudginski, 83, of Glen Allen, Virginia - Funeral Services will be held Friday, September 28, 2018, at 1:00 pm in C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 27 North Vine Street, with Pastor Kathryn J. Painter, officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Mount Carmel Twp.  Viewing will be held Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service in the C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 27 North Vine Street, Mount Carmel, C.J.
