Kulpmont – Kathleen M. (Peronace) Lazarski, 88, formerly of Chestnut Street, passed away on July 22, 2023, at Mount Carmel Senior Living Community.

She was born in Kulpmont on August 2, 1934, the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Miriello) Peronace.

Kathleen was a graduate of Kulpmont High School, class of 1952.

On June 6, 1953, in St. Casimir's Church she married Stanley L. Lazarski, who preceded her in death on January 15, 2018.

Kathleen was a member of Church of the Holy Angels. She was a girl scout leader who was awarded the St. Ann's Medal, the highest national recognition for adults who serve Catholic youth through girls' organizations, by the Harrisburg Catholic Diocese.

Kathleen is survived by two daughters, Dr. Mary Stout and husband, Mark Noll and Deborah Ann Lazarski and husband, Anthony Bassaccio; two grandsons, Sean Stout and fiancé, Jessica Guldner and Ian Stout and wife, Morgann; and a great-granddaughter, Emilia James. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023 with Father Andrew Stahmer officiating in the Church of the Holy Angels, 855 Scott St., Kulpmont. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
