Kulpmont - Kenneth L. Nahodil, 68, of 1457 Scott Street, died at his home, April 4, 2017.

Born in Shamokin on November 4, 1948, he was the son of the late Robert L., Sr. and Dorothy L. (Koveleski) Nahodil. He was a 40 year resident of Kulpmont.

Kenneth graduated from the Coal Township High School in 1965. He retired from Conrail Norfolk Southern Railroad.

Kenneth enjoyed driving his Corvette and had a passion for attending Corvette Shows. He loved spending time with his family and playing with his granddaughter, Madelyn.

He was a member of the Salem United Church of Christ. Kenneth also served in the United States Army.

Kenneth is survived by a daughter, Kathy Smith, CA; three sons, Kenneth Nahodil Jr., Shamokin, Eric Nahodil and his wife Nicole, MI, and Jason Nahodil and his wife Tonia, Coal Township; two brothers, Robert Nahodil and his wife Debbie, Coal Township and David Nahodil Sr., Coal Township; eight grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by a daughter, Christian Madara. Kenneth will be missed by his family and friends.
