Lloyd R. Yeich of Marion Heights passed away September 4, 2023, at Nottingham Village.

He was born in Shamokin on August 16, 1936, the son of the late Thomas and Helen (Estock) Yeich.

Lloyd was a graduate of Mount Carmel High School, class of 1954. Lloyd had a perfect score on the basic training proficiency test and served in the United States Army from 1955-1957 in Germany. He was a resident of Mount Carmel and moved to Marion Heights in 1973. Lloyd was employed as a residential aide at the Selinsgrove State Center.

On January 6, 1973, he married the former Regina P. Scepanski in Shamokin.

Lloyd was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Mt. Carmel.

Lloyd is survived by a daughter, Jolene Zelinski and husband, Joseph; a son, David Spishock and wife, Ann; grandchildren, Kimberly Walls and husband, Scott and their children, Abigail and Riley, Joseph "JT" Zelinski III and wife, Katie Hollinger and their children, Sadie and Jagger, Sarah Spishock and husband, TJ Yablonski, and Emily Spishock. In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Yeich.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rose Marquardt officiating in the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., C. J. Lucas IV, Supervisor. Burial will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Twp. Viewing will be held on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service in the Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to First United Methodist Church, 46 N. Hickory St., Mt. Carmel, PA 17851.
