Middletown – Louise (Tosca) Homola, 98, passed away May 17, 2022 at her residence in Middletown.  She was the widow of the late Stephen V. Homola.

Louise was born in Atlas, PA the daughter of the late Luigi and Cecelia (Pignatelli) Tosca. She retired from Wilburton Dress Industry, where she worked as a forelady.

She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church, Harrisburg. Her passions were making pizza, baking, knitting, sewing, and playing Scrabble. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Cassandra (John) Hentz; son, Stephen (Diana) Homola; two grandsons, Shawn (Nicole) Hentz and Brian (Bridget) Homola. Four great-grandchildren, Collin Hentz, Alexandria Hentz, Tara Homola, and Parker Homola, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Louise (Tosca) Homola, 98, of Middletown – Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11 a.m. in St. Catherine Laboure Church, Shrine of the Miraculous Medal, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg, PA 17111. Viewing will be held in the Church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003. Arrangements are in care of C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, PA 17851. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Catherine Laboure Church.
