Coal Township - Mark G. "Stroh" Strohecker, 42, traveled on to his next adventure on August 5, 2025, fueled by the love of his family and friends, who were with him in mind, body, and spirit during his time of need.

Stroh followed various interests throughout his life, but cooking was what lit his heart on fire. He was blessed to have traveled across the country, gaining new lasting friendships along the way while working as a food vendor at many music festivals and events. Sharing good food, music, and friendship were huge themes throughout his life. Being the life of the party and the impetus for mischief at times, he made many lasting memories and stories that will be shared for years to come.

Stroh was the spark in creating Jibberjazz Productions, where he found his friends who became his family. In countless ways, he nurtured others, making them feel at ease in his presence by sharing a warm smile, a gigantic hug, or belly-shaking laughter. He made lasting impacts on those who are left to carry on his light.

Life, the universe, and everything are now at his hands!

Mark is survived by the love of his life, Ashley Elliott; mother, Michelle Strohecker and Maggie Cox; two sisters (twins), Baylee and Caylee; two uncles, Michael Strohecker and wife, Diane and Matthew Strohecker and wife, Elaine and their two daughters, Shelby and Julie; father, Patrick Thomas; second mother, Karen Derk; as well as extended family and friends; and his beloved Checen wolfhound, Cheech.

He left this life in peace, joining the company of family and dear friends who went before him.
