Mount Carmel - Norbert A. Dombroski, 92, passed away January 11, 2023.

He was born in Mount Carmel on June 13, 1930, the son of the late Jan and Angela (Kotarski) Dombrowski.

Norbert was a graduate of Mount Carmel High School and a life-long resident of Mount Carmel. He was a member of Divine Redeemer Church, formerly Our Mother of Consolation Church, the Knights of Columbus in Mount Carmel, and the Atlas Fire Co. He enjoyed fishing and baking.

Norbert is survived by a brother, Frank Dombroski of Gwynedd Valley; a sister, Sylvia Bender of Philadelphia; and nieces and nephews, Virginia, Joey, Mary, Kathy, Johnny, Lenny, Jackie, Robby, Mary Alice, Diane, Donna, Judy, and Ricky. In addition to his parents, Norbert was preceded in death by siblings, Robert, Stella, Helen, Rita, Dorothy, John, Beatrice, and Mildred.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Father Bernard Wamayose, A.J. as celebrant in Divine Redeemer Church, Mt. Carmel. Burial will follow in Our Mother of Consolation Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Twp. Viewing will be held from 9 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. with transferal prayers at 10 a.m. in the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, C. J. Lucas IV, Supervisor.
