Mt. Carmel - Patricia A. (Chapman) Guarna, 68, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on April 13, 2026.

Born on August 26, 1957, Patricia lived a life defined by strength, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. She was a devoted mother, a loyal friend, and a woman whose presence brought comfort and warmth to everyone around her.

Patricia's greatest joy in life was her family. She gave selflessly, loved deeply, and was a constant source of support and guidance. Her kindness, resilience, and quiet strength will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her beloved family, who will carry her memory forward in all they do, including two daughters, Kelly Guarna and Aimee Narkiewicz, and her husband, Adam; two sons, Michael Guarna and significant other, Jordan Herb and Matthew Guarna and his wife, Danielle; a sister, Donna Jones and her husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Madison, Jaxson, Dylan, and Harrison Guarna, and Madison and Haley Sypniewski; as well as Vince Guarna Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James M. and Mary Theresa (Buckley) Chapman; an uncle, James Buckley; as well as several aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Patricia will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her courage through life's challenges, and the love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the love she leaves behind.

Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 11 a.m. with Father Bernard Wamayose, A.J., officiating in Divine Redeemer Church, 300 W. Ave., Mt. Carmel. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg. Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary at 8 p.m. and on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the C J Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N.
