Mount Carmel - Regina V. Revinski, 81, of 327 West Fifth Street, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Pottsville.

Born in Lavelle on May 12, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Doyle) Klusman. She was a graduate of Butler Township High School.

Regina was employed as a factory worker having retired in 1984.

On August 2, 1958 in the former Our Mother of Consolation Church, Mount Carmel she married the late Leonard Revinski, who preceded her in death on March 30, 2015.

She was a member of Divine Redeemer Church.

Survivors include two sons, Leonard Revinski Jr., and his wife Debra of Locustdale and Anthony Revinski and his wife Jackie of NJ; two granddaughters, Daniel Marie Revinski of Frackville and Michelle Lynn Revinski of Mount Carmel; one grandson, Thomas John Revinski and his wife Melissa of Levittown; six great grandchildren, Lilly, Ava, Luke, Colton, Case and Henry; one sister, Dorothy Morgan of Lavelle and one brother, Robert Klusman of CA; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Theresa Morgan and Mary Stark and three brothers, Edward, William and Bernard Klusman.

Regina V. Revinski, 81, of 327 West Fifth Street, Mount Carmel - Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:30 am in Divine Redeemer Church, 300 West Avenue, Mount Carmel with Reverend Martin O. Moran III, officiating.  Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg.  Viewing will be held Thursday morning from 9:00 - 10:15 with transferal prayers at 9:45 in the C.J.
