Atlas – Richard X. "Pete" Susnoskie, 63, of 142 W. Saylor, passed away June 9, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born in Ashland State Hospital on April 12, 1958, the son of the late Richard and Janet (Britt) Susnoskie.

Richard was a lifelong resident of Mount Carmel Area. He was a 1976 graduate of Mount Carmel High School and worked as an assembler at Jeld-Wen Windows.

He was a member of the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Richard loved fishing and camping and he adored his grandson very much.

Richard was raised by his grandmother, Margaret Britt. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Susnoskie of Atlas; two sons, Matthew Susnoskie and wife, Alicia Lahr of Atlas, and Brock Susnoskie and significant other, Autumn Evans of Mount Carmel; and a grandson, Matthew Susnoskie Jr.
