Mount Carmel – Robert M. Lindemuth Sr., 69, of 231 S. Maple Street, passed away on June 29, 2026.

He was born in Danville on December 13, 1956, the son of Robert and Mary (Barycki) Lindemuth.

Robert was a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School, Class of 1974. He worked as a mechanic.

On August 14, 2010, he married the former Eileen Amarose in Atlas.

Robert was a life member of the Atlas Fire Company, a founding member of the Rescue Squad, a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Lithuanian Social Club, and a former Captain of the West End Fire Company.

Robert is survived by his wife, Eileen Lindemuth; two sons, Bobby Lindemuth Jr. and Jason Lindemuth; step-son, Edward Amarose; two sisters, Mary (Edward) Szverra and Margaret (Michael) Mizak; and four grandchildren, Coal, Zoey, Mallorie, and Bobby; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. with Father Bernard Wamayose, A.J., officiating in the C J Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, PA 17851, C J Lucas IV, Supervisor. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be held on July 11, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mommy & Me Rescue, PO Box 313, Mt.
