Kulpmont - Robert C. Taylor, 60, died Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Shamokin on September 16, 1957 he was the son of the late Frank and Victoria (Mosello) Taylor.

He graduated from Mount Carmel High School and received a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State and was employed as a counselor for Center for Independent Living in Williamsport.

He was a member of the former St. Peter's Church, Mount Carmel and a member of the National Rifle Association.  He attended Harrisburg Paramedic School and PA Firefighter Training and also was a volunteer fire fighter as well as and EMT with the ambulance.

Survivors include a sister, Victoria Pilarski of Germansville; a sister-in law, Gloria Taylor of Bath; a nephew, Jason Pilarski and his wife Nicole of California; a niece, Julann Billig and her husband Donald of Germansville; niece-in-law, Dawn Pilarski; three great nephews, Jarred Pilarski and his wife Angela of Macungie; Dominic Malone and his wife Katelyn of Hamburg and Dawson Billig of Germansville; a great niece, Shelby Schlener and her husband Tyson of Northampton. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Taylor, brother-in-law John J. Pilarski and a nephew John Pilarski.

Robert C. Taylor, 60, of Kulpmont - Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 11:00 am in the C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 27 North Vine Street, Mount Carmel with Father Andrew Stahmer, officiating.  Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg.  Viewing will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service in the C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 27 North Vine Street, Mount Carmel, C.J.
