Kulpmont - Rose Marie Cecelia "Dolly" Marquette, 87, formerly of 126 North Eighth Street, passed away on March 9, 2018, at Mountain View a Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Coal Township.

Born in Ashland Hospital on August 4, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George Andrew and Mary (Wydra) Ferrett. Dolly was educated in St. Casimir's Grade School and graduated from Kulpmont High School with the Class of 1948.

"Dolly" was a lifelong resident of Kulpmont and was a homemaker.

On July 4, 1953 in St. Casimir's Church, Kulpmont she was married by Father Marcincavage to the late Robert L. Marquette who preceded her in death on August 30, 2007.

She was a member of the Church of the Holy Angels, previously a member of St. Casimir's Church.

Survivors include cousins, Mary Witherite of Bellefonte; Trudy Carespodi and her husband Dennis of Elysburg;

Teresa, Lou and Richard Bosico and Joan Entwistle of Marlton, NJ; her caregivers, Doris Anoia, Pat Reigle, Marge Riesle and Connie Barni, friends, Sandy Matiquitis and Sally Sobotor from TIA.

Rose Marie Cecelia "Dolly" Marquette, 87, formerly of 126 North Eighth Street, Kulpmont - Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at 10:00 am in the Church of the Holy Angels, 855 Scott Street, Kulpmont, with Father Andrew Stahmer, officiating.  Burial will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Marion Heights.  Viewing will be held Monday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 with the Rosary at 8:00 pm and Tuesday from 8:30 am to 9:45 am with transferal prayers at 9:00 am in the C.J.
