Mount Carmel – Rosemarie Troutman, 92, passed away February 17, 2022 at Serenity Gardens, Kulpmont.

She was born in Kulpmont on August 5, 1929, the daughter of Roman and Mary (Bydairk) Lubeski.

Rosemarie was a 1947 graduate of Mount Carmel High School and 1950 graduate of Ashland State Hospital Nursing School. She was employed as an RN at South Amboy Hospital in NJ and Elizabeth General Hospital in NJ.

On June 14, 1952 she married Francis Troutman in Our Mother of Consolation Church.

Rosemarie was a member of Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

Rosemarie is survived by three sons, Francis Troutman and wife, Diane of Kulpmont, Thomas Troutman and wife, Debra of NJ, and Robert Troutman of Montgomery; a daughter, Lisa Harrison of Mt. Carmel; a son-in-law, David Pfancook; four grandsons, David Pfancook and wife, Heather of MT, Michael Pfancook and wife, Carolyn of NJ, Joseph Harrison of Mount Carmel, and Zachary Troutman, TN; four granddaughters, Jillian Troutman of NJ, Stephanie Harrison of Mt. Carmel, Kristin Troutman of SC, and Sarah Troutman of TN; a step-grandson, John Anderson of NJ; a great grandson, Michael Pfancook of NJ; two great-granddaughters, Victoria Pfancook, MT and Gracelynn Pfancook, NJ; a sister, Joan Daniels of Bethel, CT; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, Rosemarie was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Pfancook; a son, David Troutman; a sister, Ramona Lubeski; and brother-in-law, Stan Daniels.

Rosemarie Troutman, 92, of Mount Carmel – Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11 a.m. with Father Francis Karwacki in the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, 47 South Market Street, Mt. Carmel. Burial will follow in Our Mother of Consolation Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Twp. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. in the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine Street. Mt.
