Kulpmont – Rowell "Skip" Casari Jr., 79, of 301 N. 6th Street, Apt. 310, passed away on September 3, 2023, at Shenandoah Manor.

He was born in Danville on December 27, 1943, the son of the late Rowell Casari Sr. and Madge (Kaseman) Casari.

Rowell was the owner and operator of R. C. Motors. He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, telling jokes, and making people laugh. He was an amazing person and an amazing father. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Rowell is survived by a daughter, Ashley Casari; a daughter-in-law, Kelly Casari; and a great-granddaughter, Bonnie; as well as several cousins.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 8 p.m. in the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mt. Carmel, C. J. Lucas IV, Supervisor. Viewing will be held prior to the service on Friday from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
