Mount Carmel – Stanley J. Moser, 50, of 119 N. Chestnut St., passed away January 27, 2022 at his residence.

He was born in Shamokin on August 3, 1971, the son of Thomas and Anna Mae (Eberle) Moser.

Stanley was a graduate of Mount Carmel High School and Thaddeus Stevens Trade School. He was employed as a custodian for Shikellamy School District.

Stanley was a member of Divine Redeemer Church. He was a Fourth-Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, and also a member of Locust Gap Fire Co., Natalie Fire Co., and Atlas Legion. Stanley was willing to help anyone at anytime and became a friend to all he met.

In addition to his parents Stanley is survived by a brother, Thomas Moser and wife, Brenda of Natalie; a sister, Mary Anna Moser Rebar and husband, Kevin of Irish Valley; three nephews, Nickolas Auman and wife, Ori, Thomas J. Moser, and Anthony J. Moser; a niece, Madeline Rebar; a great-niece, Aloni Auman; four step-sons, Brandon, Justin, Jake, and Matt; two step-daughters, Kristyn and Dori; eleven step-grandchildren; as well as many cousins. Stanley was preceded in death by his partner, Robin Moser; maternal grandparents, Jacob and Mae (Haffey) Eberle; and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Phyllis (Cwalinski) Moser.

Stanley J. Moser, 50, of 119 N. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel – Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 11 a.m. with Father Ryan Fischer officiating in Divine Redeemer Church, 300 W. Ave. Mt. Carmel, PA. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Elysburg. Viewing will be held from 9 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. with transferal prayers at 10 a.m. in the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N.
