Mount Carmel - Theodore J. "Juney" Pancher Jr., 80, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Mount Carmel Senior Living Community.

He was born in Shamokin on April 4, 1940 the son of the late Clara (Maskel) and Theodore Pancher Sr.

Theodore was a graduate of Shamokin Area High School. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard, Troop F 2nd squadron of the 104th Armored Cavalry Division for 6 years. He worked as a laborer for the Building and Trade, Local 1180 and was a laborer for the Heavy and Highway, Local 158 for many years.

He was a lifelong member of the Kulpmont American Legion and the Mount Carmel VFW. He loved watching football and baseball and was a fan of the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Ravens.

Theodore is survived by his significant other, Eileen Andes of Kulpmont; son, Gregory Pancher and MaryJo Pancher of Kulpmont; grandson, Brendin Pancher of Kulpmont; granddaughter, Brianna Pancher of Marion Heights; great-granddaughter, Lily Jo Pancher; great-grandson, Layne Filipczak of Marion Heights; three brothers, Jerry Pancher of Texas, Joe Pancher Sr. of Shamokin, Dennis Pancher of Shamokin; two sisters, Margie Karlin of Oregon and Jean Redmond, California. In addition to his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Lisa Andes; and a brother, Larry Pancher.
